Frequently Asked Questions

What do you charge for your services?

The cost of my services are listed on the appointments page.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, otherwise I do not provide a refund.

How do I book an appointment?

There are several ways to book an appointment. First, you can book an appointment through the home page underneath the services section. Second, you can book through the “appointments” tab. Third, you can book service directly though the “services” tab. If these don’t work for you, you can always contact me through text (425) 890-2865 or email mlundin@lundinpetcare.com to arrange an appointment directly.

What are your operating hours?

I provide pet care services between the hours of 6am and 11pm.

What is your equine experience?

I have over 10 years of experience in the equine world. I have had jobs training horses, training people how to ride horses, and taking care of horses. I am currently a showjumper; however, I have dabbled in hunters, dressage, and western in the past. I currently own an 8-year-old Hanoverian/Thoroughbred mare, and she means the absolute world to me. I bought her when she only had 7 rides put on her, and now we are jumping around and preparing for our very first show.

Can you administer medicine?

I am comfortable administering oral medication, however I am unable to inject any animal with medication.

What forms of payment do you accept, and when is payment due?

I accept the following payment options: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal. I do not accept checks as a payment option. Payment must be made before the appointment. Ideally at least 12 hours before the appointment, but I understand this is not always possible with last minute appointments.

Do you provide training services?

I do not consider myself a trainer of dogs or horses and therefore do not provide training services. However, I am comfortable walking an unruly dog and riding a difficult horse.
